I was able to watch more shows on the mobile app BEFORE the update...u cant watch the shows you really like on it ...just a bunch of random shows

Unreliable, the 30-60 mins that I watch it I usually have to go out and back in at least once. Im hopeful that Verizon will get this app where it needs to be. Potential is awesome.

Constantly crashes!! Error, then you have to fill out an error ticket. Never able to watch one program til the end. Terrible and frustrating. What gives with be you Verizon???

Stream from cloud feature fails 100% of the time. Ive opened tickets (multiple) and I get a standard canned reply to unplug my set top box, unplug router, etc then they close the ticket after marking it resolved. Apparently if it does work for anyone you can only "stream from cloud" in your home. I cant confirm that because it doesnt work anywhere, but if so, whats the point? I have big screens in my home and dont envision myself sitting next to a 60" tv and watching content on my iOS device.

App is slow. It crashes a lot. And for some reason I keep getting this message saying "error can not connect to the server.

This is the greatest app. Often I use it instead of my TV - TV guide. So much easier to scroll. Watching on demand is great. I can catch up on a show at any time. One of the best is I can control my TV from bed now. Its a must have app for Verizon customers.

I wanted desperately to love this app. But the constant freezing is beyond frustrating. Even trying to use it in my own home where I have Fios Quantum I cannot get through a full episode of anything without it freezing and failing. Verizon make it work! Please!

No complaints. Im new to fios. If any problems arise Ill send a new review. If the app is a problem Ill rate that again.

Since the last update my husband or I cannot use the remote. This was a great app until that happened! Please fix soon

App was good for a while. Then one day it stopped allowing me to watch anything OnDemand. Get an error that tells me only Media store members can use OnDemand (error code 307). What the heck is this. Researched web, submitted to Verizon, but no help anywhere. Waste of my time.

Fios support refuses to fix the problem and work with me.

Suppose to let you watch live tv on your. Haha right. Never works.

The app is nice, and allows us to have a little TV (using our iPad) in any room in the house. We us it all the time, and have left it on accidentally overnight, and it did not totally drain the battery. It would even be better if they added a sleep timer feature (to automatically turn it off).

I wont let me watch anything. Always pop up a sign saying that try again later. I been trying it for about a month now and still doesnt work. I guess by later they mean never.
