App fails as consistently as their customer service
Stream from cloud feature fails 100% of the time. Ive opened tickets (multiple) and I get a standard canned reply to unplug my set top box, unplug router, etc then they close the ticket after marking it resolved.
Apparently if it does work for anyone you can only "stream from cloud" in your home. I cant confirm that because it doesnt work anywhere, but if so, whats the point? I have big screens in my home and dont envision myself sitting next to a 60" tv and watching content on my iOS device.
