Crashes every time I open it. When will you fix it?

The app worked great at first. Now after a couple of months I cant watch any live tv or my recorded shows. Keep on getting an error code when I load the videos.

This is a good app.

This app has been a dependable option to my entertainment activities. It allows me to stay engaged with whatever Im watching as I move around doing other things. It is actually delivering me from my "couch potato" tendencies and keeps me from missing those important TV moments even as I work around the house. Big kudos to all involved in making this available.

The app now has terrible lagging issues. Unless youre connected to wifi its pretty much useless. I have to close the app anywhere between 1-4 times to get it to load properly and even then its not guaranteed that whatever Im trying to watch wont just stall within 15-30 seconds.

I was SO pleased with this app, now all of a sudden its freezing and cant tell Im connected to my wifi. Seems to happen every day or so. Cant fast forward enough commercials without crashing. A real pain. And I was so happy....sadly, Ive come to the conclusion that its just poorly executed.

I like it so far; however, the channel line up is a bit confusing.

Could you PLEEEEEEASE add the basic function of scrolling back to the top when the top banner line is touched? This has been a standard feature of all apps in iOS for years. And your app on the iPad DOES have this feature.

This app works well and is very useful.

There has definitely been an improvement, but there are still issues with it shutting down abruptly for no apparent reason. When this occurs, it then says it isnt connected to the router/wifi, which is incorrect. Sometimes, the only way around it is to shut the device completely off and restart it, even though it is an issue with the app... Very annoying....

In-home streaming is glitchy and unable to stream some channels at all. Out-of-home has bizarre restrictions, like some channels are HD in home but SD out of home. App has not been updated for iPhone 6/7 or iPad Pro resolution. It works fine, but I get the feeling VZ has abandoned it.

This app is good for seeing whats on TV or seeing what youve recorded but try watching TV or what youve recorded, its a different story.

Use Verizon for internet and TV and it does all that is needed. While on vacation I can set a show to record or delete a show that I might seen. Keeps track of the amount of space I have left.

Recording shows remotely used to be hit or miss with this application. Very happy to see the improvements in reliability. My one ask for now would be to add support for extending the recording time which becomes a bigger issue when there are other live events being covered which push the schedule.

Frequent crashes. Worthless unless you are on the same network and the same router as the media server. Does not function from a wireless access point even in the same home as the Fios router.
