Needs a bit of work. Frequent error messages, and locks up. Great concept and I use it frequently.

The app lately has been slow to connect and respond to commands.

Its ok but dont support viedo out and u cant watch it on your phone just your TV "no watch here" as the old app had rate 2 to 1 star add more tv to moble

Works ok. The update improved it.

Remote isnt working wont connect to my tv

I enjoy being able to see the movies I enjoy watching where ever I am.

Nothing special but not terrible I think the xfinity app is much more user friendly and more features to use without being connected to your set top box

I love this app because anything that you record on your TV you can have on your phone.

There are some good features but it is very glitchy.

It would be great if it works but the watch on tv never works and the app constantly freezes

Watch shows on my phone and use remote feature since my dog chewed my real remote and Im too lazy to get another one.

This app has made my iPad and iPhone way more fun. Love watching my recordings and live TV on the road or at home in rooms without televisions. LOVE being able to set recordings on the road. This app has seriously enhanced my Fios experience.

If you hate to share your TV.. turn this app on and you will find peace!

Using 9.3 last verison on ipad2..will not open help please did a restore same problem cannot even delete app

Theres many problems with this app. When you hit to remove a bookmark, it doesnt go away. When scrolling down to see whats on is hard to do. It opens the channel instead of scrolling down. You have to scroll down over the white borders. Thats just a couple of the many problems. My mom uses Comcast so I use their app instead which isnt great but a lot better than this.

If you have the choice go with xfinity. They crush Verizon on the mobile side of the house. If I did not move I would not be using Verizon anything. Only thing good about them is then internet and thats it.

Fast and reliable! my ipad pro its works beautifully . as an added screen when kids are watching thier shows put on my bluetooth headphones watch what i want when i want. in my own world no complaints of dad we dont want towatch history channel again.

App freezes every couple of minutes. Its not even worth being free.

Used this app for over a year. It is great when it works. However, it will cut off in the middle of a show and say the device is not authorized, or subscribed. It will also say it isnt connected to the internet. The only way to resolve freezes and error messages is to cut the device off and restart. There are also times when I had to reinstall the app to get it to work again. If you call Verizon to get help, you will be put into a maze cause they dont know that their app has bugs. They will lead you in the wrong direction.

Dont get me wrong it works when you want to watch while on the go. But when your home and want to change channels good luck. You get kicked off 100 times and never reconnects. For what they charge for the service it should work a lot better.
